Order Processing & Shipment
Most orders are processed and shipped the day the order is received. For some out-of-stock items, order processing may take 2-3 days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If there will be a significant delay in processing and shipping your order, we will contact you via e-mail or telephone.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
We will send a Shipment Confirmation e-mail once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. There may be a delay of up to 24 hours before tracking information is available.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. If for any reason this information is not displayed, please contact us and we will provide shipping options and costs. We will require payment prior to shipment. Payment can be made via credit card securely on our website – https://bit.ly/ASF_Make_a_Payment, or by phone. We can also send a PayPal invoice for these charges.
If tracking information shows that your order has been delivered to your local post office, but you have not received it, we recommend that you call or visit your local post office to arrange for delivery or pick up.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Advanced Saddle Fit is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, customs duties, taxes, etc.).
Damage or Loss
Advanced Saddle Fit is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
